cliexa-PULSE serves as a space where patients can report symptoms, medication updates, and milestones (or triggers) related to Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension, Congestive Heart Failure, and other cardiovascular-related ailments.

Connected Devices and Claims Data

Pull in relevant patient data through connected devices, such as an Apple Watch or Fitbit, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid's claim database.

Clinically-Validated Assessment Data

Connect clinically relevant patient data using patient-reported outcome assessments to clinicians through integration into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
