  • How does cliexa work?

Patients remotely monitor their real-time progress from their phones or tablets, which is then sent to their clinicians with a reliable, objective way to quantify their disease activity scores. This data is then pushed through our cliexa-Cloud and into the providers existing EMR system. For more information on this process, please see our solution.

  • Patient-Reported Outcomes

  • How does cliexa collect Patient-Reported Outcomes?

cliexa collects Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) through clinically validated assessments. Each of these assessments are customized to the preference of the clinic/care facility from which they are administered. Patients can take the assessments remotely, prior to their visit with a physician. Each of these assessments provide a comprehensive score that informs their clinician about risk factors or the stage/activity of a chronic condition. The scores then generated through the patient assessments provide quantifiable metrics on the severity of a disease or state of health for each specific patient. These scores can then be tracked over time to help clinicians observe trends in their patient care and optimize treatment plans based on data.
