cliexa introduced dynamic smart-intake workflows inside the EMR, transcribing real-time patient information into EMR-integrated insights by onboarding data from multiple sources with bi-directional integration. During this foundational period, the American College of Cardiology partnered with and invested in cliexa, establishing our focus on cardiovascular care excellence.
cliexa launched in clinical settings with multi-ancillary services, enabling cliexaAI’s first foundational structure through our patented clinical indexing engine. We integrated cardiovascular risk models and multi-comorbidity management, and enabled deployment in integrated pain-management settings, with continued partnership and investment from the American College of Cardiology.
By retraining cliexaAI on over 12 million real patient data points, we enabled a proprietary closed-loop LLM infrastructure that connects patient, provider, and biller journeys. We validated the platform through the Mayo Clinic Platform and secured partnership and investment from Mayo Clinic Fund, marking our transformation into a comprehensive healthcare AI platform at enterprise scale.

What’s meaningful to me is knowing the finance and legal work I grind through every day has a real impact on lives it’s what lets a small team of engineers keep building tools that make a clinician’s job less impossible, and a patient’s outcome less left to chance.

I’ve spent my career in the gap between where healthcare is and where it needs to be. At cliexa, there’s real reward in spending my days building the tools that close it.
I build systems that make things faster. I also build systems where getting it right means someone gets the right care at the end of the day, that second part is why I stay.
There were problems in healthcare operations I chipped at for years and never really moved. Being somewhere that can actually build the fixes, and using what I learned from all that failing to shape them, has been more rewarding than I expected.
My public health background taught me that systems shape outcomes just as much as clinicians do. Getting to rebuild those systems every day, so providers can actually be with their patients instead of their paperwork, is what makes this work matter to me.

It’s loving the people I get to problem-solve with, loving that the problems themselves are tricky, and loving that our work reaches patients and providers in a real way someone who can get the care they need, or a provider who finally has one less obstacle fighting them to give the highest quality of patient care.
I find it rewarding to be a part of something that solves problems for clinical teams and brings back balance to their overworked staff; resurfacing why they went into medicine in the first place- to care for patients.
